Dough Feeder with Rotors::
It is the first entry point of the dough into the line, where it is collected and evenly distributed towards the subsequent stages of the production process. It is designed to ensure a smooth and continuous flow, handling doughs of various types without blockages or interruptions.

Extruder:
It is used to create continuous sheets of dough of various thicknesses without stress, shaping the final product with precision. This process ensures high-quality results with smooth and well-organized production.

Dough Sheeter::
The dough sheeter rolls the dough into thin sheets using a system of rollers. This process achieves the desired shape for bread production, enabling excellent processing on an industrial scale.

Cutter::
The cutter slices the dough into precise portions, ready for proofing and baking. It ensures clean cuts without deforming the dough, maintaining the integrity of the final product.

Sesame separator:
The sesame separator evenly distributes sesame seeds on the surface of the bread, enhancing its appearance and flavor. It is adjustable to control the amount of seeds according to the requirements of the final product.

By-pass conveyor sesame separator:
This conveyor allows for the diversion of products that do not require sesame application, optimizing the workflow and reducing waste.

Proofing chamber:
The proofing chamber creates the ideal conditions for dough fermentation, precisely controlling temperature and humidity. Each product rises evenly, achieving the desired result.

Tunnel oven:
The tunnel oven bakes bread continuously and evenly, thanks to precise temperature control throughout the process. It is designed to handle large production volumes, ensuring perfect baking for every product.
